Prospective Tenants

2. If
you would like to view an available unit, you may
stop by our offices at 810 Barnette Street to check
out keys. You must provide a contact number
and identification (driver's license, passport,
military ID). Keys must be returned the same
day, and keys will not be checked out after 4:00 pm.
3. Click
here to complete an
application packet to rent a unit. NOTE: We will do our best to accommodate your
requests; however, unit assignments are not
guaranteed. Print out the application packet,
and fill it out as thoroughly as possible to avoid
delays in processing. Be sure to provide a
good contact number where we can reach you.
4. Pay your
application fees:
Application fees
are $35.00 per individual or $50 per couple.
There is a $2.50 processing fee per application for
online transactions.

5. Scan and
Email your signed application packet
and a copy of your PayPal receipt to
broker@fairbanksrealtyinc.com or via mail
to Fairbanks Realty, Inc. 810 Barnette St.
Fairbanks, AK 99701. Your application
will not be processed prior to receiving proof of
fee payment.
NOTE: If
you do not wish to process your application fees
online, you may bring cash or a money order to our
office along with your application and consumer
pamphlet instead.
